Our Product Guarantee / Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the quality, or any other aspect of our product, simply return it to us within 180 days of purchase for a replacement or full refund of the product price less shipping charges.
Procedure for returns – Please contact us for a Return Authorization then simply return the unused portion of the order to us and include the RA, original invoice, or a note with your invoice number and/or your full name and shipping address and approximate date of order. We will find your order in our system and issue a refund directly back to your credit card, PayPal or Amazon account, depending on which payment method you used at the time of purchase.
It is important to send unopened and opened bottles back to us, as we will issue refunds only for the returned items. If you have used one or more bottles and discarded the empty bottle, then return what you have left and we will issue a refund for the partial return.
The cost of outbound shipping to your location will be deducted from your return.

USA Orders – When you purchase from us your order will be shipped efficiently by USPS. You may select from Priority or First Class/Parcel mail, anywhere in the US, and you will ALWAYS see shipping options and charges before you enter any financial information to complete your order.
We offer low shipping rates on all continental US orders, and low rates on international orders. Orders ship typically in 1-2 days and take on average 3-4 days in transit, depending on location and the chosen shipping method.
Overseas orders – each order spends typically 4 – 6 business days in transit but due to customs clearance this can often take longer.
We ship to virtually all overseas destinations on all Continents, and shipping costs are charged based on the weight of the order.
